He increased efficiency by separating specialized areas of work. For example, T1 Tejarat was established to develop commerce and exports. He also founded T1 Sazeh to manage construction projects. In the financial services sector, he launched Argham Chi. More recently, with the T1 Choob brand, he has defined new standards in the wood industry.
